The Council Bluffs Switcher pulls ahead to begin switching another cut of cars with two oddballs on the IAIS roster...the only GP16 and only SW1200.
Now out of service with the arrival of the new toy, this old tired switcher sits stored on the "rip" track.
Former IAIS 325, almost entirely intact minus the painted out lettering, now works for Alter switching scrap hoppers around their small yard.
CBSW with the SW1200 250 and GP16 495 combo, pull and shove on thecut of stacks, doubling and tripling their train to take back to their home yard.
Several IAIS geeps await disposition while the nose of former IAIS 7976 lies on its side. The 7976 was used as a parts source for a long time and the nose is all that is left of it.
"One Spot" One of the comments on my shot of #2 said he thought it was the lowest loco motive number he had seen; here's one better.
