The first time Budd RDC's have visited Richland under their own power in 23 years. The event was the 100th aniversary of Tuckahoe Tower.
The NWP (SP) Budd car heads south from Eureka to Willits on its tri-weekly roundtrip through the scenic Eel River canyon.
