After singlehandedly bringing in the eastbound, TC&W 2004 interchanges power with the westbound and becomes the westbound lead.

TCWR's new GP39-2's are notched out as they try to gain speed towards downtown Saint Paul. The CP has been storing cars in the siding to the right for sometime now.
