DSNG 107, ex White Pass & Yukon 107 leads the outbound train from Durango

Ex White Pass & Yukon #107 leads the Cascade Canyon Express on one its first ever revenue trips for the Durango & Silverton.

The morning's first light catches the Royal Gorge Railroad's CRRX 3104 (GP40) anchoring the east end of the passenger train as it waits in the Canyon City station for passengers to arrive.

The Royal George Railroad's GP40 pushes the train through the narrow gorge. This is perhaps one of the most scenic train trips one can take and is a must-do if you are visiting Colorado.
