BNSF 8105 was leading the Longmont Turn when they struck a stump placed by kids in the tracks. The stump got caught under the train and caused a derailment.

Around 10:30pm the night before, BNSF's Longmont Turn struck a tree stump deliberately placed on the tracks. The lead unit, BNSF 8105, somehow managed to stay mostly upright.
A slow local makes it's way from Denver towards Wyoming. First stop will be Longmont. The pair is clean but looks better in Green!
