Returning to it's name sake city, the Santa Fe Southern "mixed" crosses a classic wooden trestle outside of town. The train met Amtrak's Southwest Chief at Lamy and is on the return leg home.
The commuter train to Albuquerque is pulling out of Santa Fe as the day comes to an end. Also in the small yard is the Santa Fe Southern excursion train that runs to Lamy and back.
