Lots of unusual power is pictured here: a slug set, run-through UP power and lastly, a remotored ex-EL SD45-2...the oversized fuel tank and horn placement gives it away...

Southern Pacific slug 1013 was built from Louisville & Nashville NW2 2204, which was originally CIL (Monon) 15. It is seen here in Stockton in California's delta country on March 12, 2000.
