The #900 was destroyed in the tragic Chase, MD., accident at 1:30pm on January 4th, 1987, along with the #903. An original Kodachrome slide from my collection; the photographer was not specified.

Amtrak Acela Express train 2253(30) wends its way out of Philadelphia's 30th Street Station as the skyline of the City of Brotherly Love looms above it.

The New York Central had 16 Lima 1200 H.P. road switchers. Two were rebuilt with EMD 1200 H.P. 12-567C engines in 1957. The 8062 and 8063 made it into the Penn Central era.
