Indianapolis to Willard train Q348 starts to make the turn from the C&O to the B&O at F Tower in Fostoria as Q635 departs in the opposite direction.
With a crew member on the rear platform, this specially painted CSX caboose is about to protect the shove for a one car local at the north end of the C&O Yard.
Consists 262 and 288 were both held for orders west of the CSX-NS crossing in Fostoria. 288 with NS 8959 on the point was the first to be released from the block.
