The 293 crests a small hill east of Sedan. Fellow RP.net contributor Bryant Kaden informed me that this was another "ho-hum" powered train, before it even arrived.
The 293 shouldn't have too much trouble with track speed today. 13,200HP for 37 cars. In my experiences, the Paynesville Sub has the most railfan friendly crews.
