D&H train GV-1 gets power added to the back end of the train. This train ran with power at both ends between Hornell and Griegsville to eliminate the need to run around the train at Attica.
Shift change at Hornell. As an Eastbound freight eases to a stop, 2 members of the head end crew are ready to get off as a member of the new crew crosses the tracks to get on board.
For a few years, starting in April 1976, D&H trains would get fuel at Hornell. The power on Apollo-1 is on the main as the units get a drink next to the old EL engine facility.
