This is just east of Waterloo on the ex-NYC Main. In all the times I flew by here chasing TVs, never saw it operate though I knew it did.
This venerable Baldwin has spotted a rock train for unloading. Part of MKT's original diesel order this unit probably owes it's continued use to being repowered by EMD.
