BHP iron ore trains cross at Jimblebar Junction, just north of Newman. It is likely these two trains began/destined for Jimblebar minesite, some 6km to the far left of this image.

The parade of empty ore trains continue as a pair of SD70ACes upfront (and two more mid train) whine through with dynamic braking holding this empty train to track speed.
