It's a lovely fall morning here in the Potomac River Valley as NS work train 93V with a caboose crosses over the river on the impressive railroad trestle.
Northbound NS 144 passes the 72N signal on the Marion Branch about 5 miles north of Marion.
With a nice glint from the morning sun, a northbound freight idles in the siding at Rockwood awaiting the passage of the NS OCS.
CSX 705 trails NS 8868 on NS 285.
