After setting out a tank car at the interchange track, RJ Corman GP16 1713 heads back to that road's yard in Allentown, Pennsylvania, yard with a single coiled steel car. Built as Clinchfield GP7 912, this engine was rebuilt into a GP16 and renumbered CRR 4613. It then became Seaboard System 4613. With the merger that created CSX, this engine was numbered 1713.
