A 7200 ft long train of mixed manifest and containers off the barge in Whittier is on the move to Anchorage behind consecutively numbered MACs. The heavy train completely fills the spectacular glacier ringed Bear Valley. To the right of the frame the train is still exiting the 2.5 mile long Anton Anderson Memorial Tunnel while on the left the head end is crossing Placer Creek and is about to duck into the south portal of the 1 mile long Portage Tunnel on the ARR's Whittier Branch.
