Among the local cotton gins, BAYL 500 rests for the night. LRWN 500 was built as GM&O 707 in 8/1969. After the GM&O/IC merger, it served the ICG as 9526. It would go on to the Bay Line as 500. When Rail Management Corp took over the Bay Line, it got transferred over to the Meridian and Bigbee (under the same ownership) for awhile. After the G&W took over the M&B, it got transferred out to the LWRN, under the G&W also. Arkansas Midland 2502 is in the background.
