Amtrak's eastbound "Capitol Limited" works its way down Sand Patch Grade, rounding the famous curve at Mance, PA. After a station stop in Cumberland, MD in about 30 minutes, the train will proceed on to its destination of Washington, arriving about three hours after its Cumberland stop.
The electrified Northeast Corridor and Keystone Corridor have the traffic. The Pennsylvanian and Capitol Limited routed, which are all diesel, have the scenery.
