The American Association of Private Rail Car Owners special rolls along Lake Champlain’s Shelburne Bay. The riders enjoyed the upgraded line’s new passenger speed as the train headed south from Burlington to Rutland and on to Albany. The VRS portion used VTR GP40-2 307 ahead of the 8 cars.
