A set of Pacific Surfliner cars rush eastbound toward Albany, NY on an Empire Service train in what I believe is a rare catch of them being delivered from Alstom in Hornell, NY. They likely came up to Niagara Falls on a shop move, and were added to this train to get to Albany, where they'd transfer to the Lake Shore Limited to Chicago and then Southwest Chief to their new home in LAX. On the point were three brand new P42s in addition to the P32AC-DM, which can be seen here: https://www.railpictures.net/photo/758736/
