Not very often do we have BNSF power on the Coast Route. BNSF no. 7032 leads the IOALB-10, a 9785 Ft train of 174 well cars and three units southbound from Oakland Ca. to Long Beach Ca. but not without difficulties. They made it to San Luis Obispo with only one unit working, and for some reason another past due its FRA inspection, and another dead. It took a couple days before they could get a unit from the Guadalupe local to help with the power issue and get rolling again. With the headend rounding the curve at the top of Pitas Point, the rear end is still rolling out of Seacliff Siding in the distance.
Not
just heritage schemes, not just commemorative schemes - this album is devoted to some of the world's most interesting paint schemes, past or present.
