| Carolina Coastal train 120 switches the NS side of the yard in Chocowinity. Carolina Coastal operates the NSRy main west and north of the wye that is mostly obscured by the old water tower. Norfolk Southern continues to operate south toward New Bern and eastward toward Aurora to serve a large customer there. The local to Aurora was waiting just to the north to enter the yard. CSX also has trackage rights on CLNA and NS from Greenville, through Choco, to serve the phosphate mine at Aurora. |
