New York's new $1.6-billion Moynihan Train Hall at poor, old Penn Station is getting a lot of well-deserved praise. But New York City's other great station, Grand Central Terminal, is still grand as well. And, with the timeless Chrysler Building nearby, this is old-school New York City at its finest.
