Sitting on one of the turntable whisker tracks at Indiana Harbor Belt’s Gibson Yard is one of the railroad’s National Railway Equipment Company 3GS21C IHB 2161, the second of four of these low-emission light duty road switchers, numbered 2160-2163, built for the IHB in 2012 utilizing SD45T-2 frames as a base.
