A standard cab C40-9 leads a manifest west, headed to Chattanooga and eventually Birmingham, Alabama.

The westbound is re-assembling its train after dropping cars for local needs. Bulk of the train is on the siding track at left.

With eastbound 38Q securely into the siding, the westbound can resume its run to Bristol for a crew change.

Kicking up the fresh powder, NS 15T races by the eastbound CPL at Marion and continues west in the pouring snow.
