Norfolk Southern train 211 (Croxton, NJ-Atlanta, GA intermodal) crosses the Potomac River from Maryland into West Virginia southbound on the Norfolk Southern Hagerstown District.

This mixed freight catches all the low priority stuff. Today they are ferry power west for whatever reason.

NS 4054 was originally built as NS D9-40C 8775 in 1995.

With four units, one offline, this eastbound mixed freight has a speed limit of 30MPH but may have been making 20 at best as he heels into a curve east of town.
