M&E 21 is resplendant in its new paint scheme and lettering. The unit will be used for Whippany Railway Museum's caboose trains starting on June 19, 2005.

Working down to the wire, museum crew finishes up the pilot on RS-1. Caboose excursions sstart at 1 pm.
