End of the line: the C430 being cut up for scrap.
RS-11 goes to work as S2 and RS1 watch. Yard now abandoned and part is the site of Newark Airport Station.
LVRC borrowed CV 3614 and teamed up with LVRC RS-3 7803. They pass covered bridge on snowy day. LVRC 7802, 7804 & 7805 were down awaiting parts that month.
Quite a weathering job!
Former South Buffalo #'s 88, 98, 90, 82, 94, and 97 await an uncertain future. These locomotives can be seen in action in Stephan Koenig's excellent book, "Trackside Around Buffalo, 1953-1976."
