SD50 visits C30-7a territory as part of a fuel consumption comparison test

Everything in this photo is no longer here, the El, Boston Garden all demolished. A new arena stands in it's place and the Green and Orange line share a "super station" below ground at this spot.

A FP10 with a train of RDC's sits with a MBTA commuter service. Much has changed since this photo, taken during the rebuild of South Station which today features high level platforms.

A set of #1 Red Line cars roll into Charles MGH just after exiting from Beacon Hill Tunnel. These are the oldest cars on the T outside of PCC's Since this photo the station has been rebuilt.

LRV on the 1910 Elevated, the last EL in Boston demolished in June of 2004. The LRV is now also gone from the MBTA, many scrapped while the PCC cars they replaced, outlasted them.

An FP10 pulls four RDC's (disabled, not rebuilt, into coaches) under the B&M and towards North Station.
