The signals guarding Ashley Junction are seeing some of their last days, as they will be replaced in the next few months. These are one of the few ACL bridges left on the CSX system.
I usually don't look at all the cars in coal trains as they roll past, but this one caught my eye. This is a Union Electric (UCEX) car on an empty coal train near O'Fallon, Missouri.
