On March 7, 2017, an eight-car BNSF Railway officer's special skirts the Pacific Ocean as the train passes through Del Mar, California, ferrying automotive executives from Fullerton to San Diego. This train is made up of ES44C4 4293 and power car 53, sleeping car 66, business cars 7 and 4, dome-observation 35, dining car 10, lounge 28 and full dome-theater lounge 30. The two domes are nice, but engineer Bob Brendza and pilot Edvard Tumbas might have the best view of the Pacific from the cab!
