On my first shot of the morning, I was pleasantly surprised by CN 5685 tagging along with CSX 8561 (SD50) and 7902 (C40-8W) at the head end of this ethanol train. The ducks were unimpressed.
Traveling light, these two are headed back up the River Line to their next assignment well past Little Ferry.
In visits past, Q yellowjackets handled switching moves. I am glad I had the chance to catch them. These days this Conrail Geep 38 heads off to move baretables. A whole lotta blue in this shot.
